Little Brook Meadows
We are an all inclusive venue, while giving you the flexibility other venues don’t provide.  The venue price includes use of our props and decor for the wedding and reception, a bridal suite, and food service room. You are also welcome to provide your own caterer and alcohol for the event.
  • A Professional Wedding Coordinator for a total of 12 hours to assist with planning and be the coordinator day of the wedding, additional time $30/hr.

  • Any pre-approved licensed caterer may be used, they must stay throughout the food service and are responsible for any food related clean-up. We do not charge a catering premium to use our facility.
  • Alcohol may be brought in and must be served by a certified bartender. We will arrange for a bartender and you pay them directly. The bartender must be present the entire time alcohol is available.
Packages + Pricing
$4,900 - Friday (8AM - Midnight)
$6,500 - Saturday (8AM - Midnight)
$4,500 - Sunday (8AM - 11PM)

With the signed contract 50% of the total rental fee is due, 25% 90 days prior to the event and 25% 30 days prior.

A surcharge applies to Holiday weekend rates.    Please inquire about Monday – Thursday rates.

For holiday weekends, Saturday rates apply for Saturday and Sunday. Please inquire about Monday – Thursday rates.
$1,600 - First night
(2 night minimum stay, includes the $300 cleaning fee)
$1,300 - Subsequent nights
The house can only be rented in conjunction with rental of the barn. 

With the signed contract 50% of the total rental fee is due, 25% 90 days prior to the event and 25% 30 days prior.

Subject to a 3% lodging tax. The house accommodates 20 overnight guests, the bed linens and towels are provided. There are additional charges for larger events taking place during the stay.
