Our contact form is provided by EmailMeForm, an online form service. When you fill out the form, the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date and message, is processed by EmailMeForm and sent to us by email. We use it only to answer your questions, schedule tours and plan your event. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

If you call or email us directly, we use your information only to respond to you.

Outside services used on this website

  • Elfsight: shows our Instagram feed near the bottom of every page and our Google reviews on the Testimonials page. These feeds load from Elfsight and show content from Instagram and Google.
  • EmailMeForm: runs the contact form on our Contact page.
  • Vimeo: plays the wedding video on our Weddings page.
  • Google Maps: shows the map of our location and gives driving directions.

When these features load, the service may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you are viewing, as part of delivering its content.

Cookies

The Little Brook Meadows website does not use its own tracking or advertising cookies. The outside services listed above may set cookies that are required for their features to work, such as loading the Instagram feed, the Google reviews, the contact form, the video and the map.
